Lebby Realty LLC is a South Carolina real estate brokerage founded in 2019 by Carl E. Lebby Jr.
Carl has been licensed in South Carolina since 2015 and began his career with a family-owned real estate company, Investors Real Estate Company, where he was mentored by his uncle, Bill Goodwin Sr., the firm’s founder and Broker-In-Charge. Following his uncle’s passing, Carl established Lebby Realty to continue his work in the real estate industry.
The brokerage serves clients throughout the Columbia area and surrounding Midlands communities, including Blythewood, Northeast Columbia, Forest Acres, and West Columbia.
Lebby Realty also works alongside professionals such as Lasenta Lewis-Ellis, a real estate agent, developer, and general contractor with LLE Construction Group LLC, providing additional experience in construction and development.

Our President, Carl E. Lebby, Jr. has been licensed in South Carolina since 2015 and has held several real estate duties throughout his career.
Carl began his career with a family-owned real estate company, Investors Real Estate Company, where his uncle Bill Goodwin Sr. was the founder and Broker-In-Charge.
It was at Investors Real Estate Company where Carl was mentored by his uncle and learned the art of becoming a real estate professional. Following the death of his uncle, Carl founded Lebby Realty, LLC in 2019.
